Beauty subscription services, which offer cosmetics lovers the opportunity to try out products at a reduced rate, are becoming increasingly common.
Birch Box is one of the UK’s first – and best known – services, though there are now a number of others on the market including the cruelty-free (but not vegan) Pip Box.
The latest brand to offer a subscription for its products is high street favourite Lush. While the service is already available in the States, it will be new to the UK.
Around 70 per cent of the company’s items are vegan-friendly and none are tested on animals.
According to reports, all Lush cosmetics will be available through the service, apart from limited edition items and ones that need refrigerating (including some face masks).
Few further details are currently available – no launch date or has been given yet – but a number of outlets have reported that customers will be able to save money on items ordered via subscription.
